ISO 9001 Certificates
Since 1996 we are continuously certified according to ISO 9001.
All our processes are supervised and controlled by our QM system.
Most of our manufacturing partners are additionally certified according to ISO 14001 (Environment), IATF 16949 (Automobile) and ISO 13485 (Medicine).

As a member of the ZVEI and as an internationally operating company, we commit ourselves to our social responsibility within the scope of our international business activities.

RoHS Compliance
The RoHS guidelines (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) restrict the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronical devices.
As a responsible company and a supplier for industrial applications we regularly countercheck the compliance of the legal requirements with our manufacturing partners and sub-suppliers.
Since 2003 our production is RoHS compliant.
On 27.03.2003 the RoHS directive 2002/95/EG (RoHS) was published.
On 28.06.2011 the RoHS directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS II) was published.
On 22.07.2019 the RoHS directive 2015/863 (RoHS III) was published.
REACh Compliance
The EU-Chemicals Regulation REACh (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) EG-No. 1907/2006 came into effect for the first time on 01.06.2007. It applied immediately to all member states of the EU.
The main goal of the REACh regulation is the protection of the human health and the environment against risks caused by chemicals. This results in certain duties of registration and disclosure for the supply chain.

EOL/PCN Management
Many years ago, Display Elektronik GmbH has established an efficient end of-Life Management-System (EOL) and Product-Change-Notification System (PCN).
This ensures that in case of a product change (PCN) or a discontinuation (EOL) our customers will be informed accordingly.
In most cases, we could manage to present an equivalent solution to our customers, to keep their project going on with a minimal effort.
Conflict Minerals - Dodd-Frank-Act
As a responsible company and supplier for industrial applications, our manufacturing partners are obliged not to use any conflict minerals.
