We offer technologies of different conductive rubber connectors:

Advantages:

• Long-term High Reliability
• Shock and Vibration absorbing Effect
• Easy handling during assembly (especially at higher quantities)
• No soldering
• No oxidation problems
• Very small pitch, suitable for customized solutions with multiplex-LCDs.

Disadvantages:

• Normally conductive rubbers have to be adapted to the application (customized)
• The application housing has to be developed to match with the zebra
• Not suitable for applications with lower quantities

Generally we deliver conductive rubbers as sponge type, which can easily compensate tolerances. But we also deliver all other technologies.

The usual pitch is 0.18 mm.
